Heavenly Father, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, we come before
you with praise and thanksgiving for the marvelous work that you have
done for us. You gave your only-begotten Son, our Savior, to die on
Calvary’s cross and to suffer such torture, so that we could be your
children. You paid the price that it cost for all of our sins and the
disobedience that we continue to do in our lives. Thank you right now for
breaking the power of that sin in our lives and setting us free from any
curses that have held us in bondage. We ask this in the name of Jesus for
ourselves and for our families. We repent for the sins of our ancestors
and of our nation. We ask that you will cleanse us with the blood of Jesus
Christ as white as snow. Thank you that you will remember those sins no
more. We humbly ask that you will help us to continue to obey your word,
to seek your face, and to love and love some more. Thank you for all of
the wonderful blessings of rest, health, prospering in your way, being able
to bless those who curse us, being able to forgive and be forgiven. Thank
you for encouraging us to speak your promises against any problem that
we have. Give us faith that is greater than our problems. Help us to
forgive those we have not forgiven, even if they have cursed us. We
repent for any occult or occultist practices in our lives and in our families,
or anything that we have permitted to get into our lives that have led us
away from making your Son, Jesus, our Lord. Give us the strength to
glorify your name in all situations, to give the sacrifice of praise and
thanksgiving in place of complaint and discouragement. We thank you,
Heavenly Father, for all that you have done in our lives and are going to
do, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ. Amen.
